The "Project of Salt Recovery and Refining Technology from Coking Desulfurization Waste Liquid" is a key project in Shandong Province and has been selected into the Innovation Capacity Enhancement Project for Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Shandong Province. The coking industry generates millions of tons of desulfurization waste liquid annually, which contains highly toxic by-salts and has complex components. Traditional treatment processes often have many problems to be solved urgently, such as the purity of by-salts being less than 85% (making them unable to be reused in industry and leading to resource waste), high energy consumption (not conforming to the requirements of the "dual carbon" strategy and low-carbon transformation), and the "treatment-then-discharge" model (causing water resource waste).

 

In response to these pain points, guided by market demand, AMS established a special R&D team and jointly developed the "coking desulfurization waste liquid salt refining technology" with Shandong Jianzhu University. This technology has achieved multiple breakthroughs: it can make the purity of ammonium thiocyanate meet the standard of industrial premium products (solving the purity problem); through the innovative "salt separation and extraction" process, its energy consumption is reduced by more than 40% compared with traditional processes; the wastewater reuse rate exceeds 80% and the by-salt recovery rate reaches 95%, realizing a whole-chain treatment system of "water conservation - pollution reduction - resource utilization". In the first half of 2025, this technology was recognized by the Shandong Association of Science and Technology Consulting as reaching the domestic leading level, marking a key transformation of the technology from "laboratory achievement" to "market-oriented application".

Building Multi-Dimensional Innovation Support: Consolidating the Foundation for the Implementation of the Technology Project

These efforts have built a complete intellectual property protection barrier for the core technology, effectively safeguarding the exclusive advantage of the technology in market promotion.

 

Releasing Dual Quantitative Values: The Technology Project Empowers High-Quality Development
