On August 5th, Shang Rui, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shuifa Hi-Tech Group, and concurrently Chairman of AMS, presided over a special meeting on inspection and rectification work. The meeting focused on in-depth study and implementation of the requirements for inspection and rectification work put forward by the Party Committee of Shuifa Group, and combined with the company's actual situation, made comprehensive arrangements for the implementation of rectification in response to the inspection feedback.

The meeting promptly conveyed and studied the account of progress in implementing the inspection and rectification of the Party Committee of Shuifa Group by the Party Committee of Shuifa Hi-Tech Group, systematically sorted out the core requirements of the higher-level Party Committee regarding inspection and rectification, and effectively transformed the deployment and requirements of the higher-level authorities into specific actions for the company's rectification work.

To strengthen the organizational leadership of the rectification work, the meeting decided to establish a "Leading Group for Rectification and Implementation Work". The principal person in charge will serve as the group leader, and members of the company's leadership team will take charge of their respective responsibilities to comprehensively coordinate and advance the rectification work. This will form a work pattern where "the principal leaders take overall responsibility, the in-charge leaders oversee specific tasks, and all departments collaborate in implementation". The meeting emphasized the need to enhance awareness, take swift actions, promptly formulate rectification plans and corresponding measures, draw inferences from one case to other similar situations, and adhere to these practices in long-term work. It also stressed the importance of effectively improving the compliance of business operations and consolidating the foundation for enterprise development and the bottom line of responsibility.
