On October 28th, AMS Environment convened a special "100-Day Campaign" sales initiative meeting in Jinan. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the company's operations and market development efforts in the first three quarters, reaffirmed the work objectives of the "100-Day Campaign", and deployed key sales tasks for the next phase in alignment with these goals. Shang Rui, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of AMS Environment, attended and addressed the meeting, while Ma Zhuoyuan, General Manager of AMS Environment, presided over it.

The meeting pointed out that in the first three quarters, the company had focused closely on its core businesses and continuously expanded its market reach. Significant breakthroughs in major core business projects were achieved in previously underdeveloped business areas such as Jinan (its home base) and Liaoning in Northeast China. All employees should build on this momentum, pursue further successes, continue to consolidate key and core business regions, and achieve a transformation from "underdeveloped to prosperous" and then from "prosperous to strong". This will lay a solid foundation for fully winning the tough battle of the "100-Day Campaign".
The meeting emphasized that all staff should enhance their political standing and make every effort to advance various work processes with solid results. It is crucial to clearly recognize that ensuring the full victory of the "100-Day Campaign" and a perfect conclusion to the fourth-quarter operations are strong guarantees for achieving the company's overall business objectives. Firstly, maintain a constant sense of crisis as if "treading on thin ice". Given the volatile domestic and international economic situation, the sales team must overcome the lax mindset of "taking a break or waiting" and the fear of "difficulties and challenges". The "100-Day Campaign" should be regarded as a shot in the arm to keenly perceive market trends, decisively seize market opportunities, and fully sprint toward the annual sales target. Secondly, uphold a sense of responsibility that "success does not have to be achieved by me alone". Strengthen internal coordination among various departments, improve the business information sharing mechanism, unite as one, focus on the full victory of the "100-Day Campaign" and the overall annual business objectives, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in sales performance. Thirdly, keep a competitive awareness of "being better than others and striving for excellence when others are already good". Currently, the domestic water treatment industry is gradually shifting from a growth market to a stock market. On one hand, the sales team should strengthen service awareness, be oriented toward meeting customers' reasonable needs, and continuously optimize the service mechanism. On the other hand, the R&D team should tackle key technical challenges and innovate, accelerate the R&D speed of new products, technologies, and processes, and improve the transformation rate of R&D achievements, so as to maintain the advanced nature of the company in the current water treatment industry.
