This technology adopts the process combination of "low osmotic pressure nanofiltration membrane desalination + high-suspension impregnation ultrafiltration membrane filtration" to overcome the difficulties of large water consumption and loss of finished products in the process of titanium dioxide production, and achieve 100% recovery rate of titanium dioxide and wastewater reuse rate of over 80%, and energy saving of more than 40%. Through the double breakthrough of resource recycling and energy saving and consumption reduction, the technology provides a new model of green. At present, it has achieved landing transformation in many projects in Xuzhou and Inner Mongolia.
