Recently, Shandong AMS Environmental Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. coking brine deep treatment and reuse project.
Due to the complex composition and easy fouling and blocking of the membrane system, coking concentrated brine has always been the difficulty of the implementation of zero emission technology in the industry. In view of the "pain point" problem of zero discharge of coking wastewater of Lingyuan Steel, AMS set up the team to customize the whole process solution of "pretreatment + membrane concentration + evaporation crystallization". With the self-developed coking brine deep treatment process package as the core competitiveness, through the integration of pretreatment optimization, membrane concentration system stabilization and evaporation crystallization resource technology, The precise treatment of high-salt and high-organic wastewater has been realized. Among them, COD adsorption process, as the core highlight of the solution, significantly reduces the pollution risk of the membrane system through targeted adsorption and intelligent regulation technology, solves the pain points of rapid membrane flux decay and high operating costs in the traditional process, and ensures the long-term efficient and stable operation of the system.
The project won by AMS will help the coking enterprises to break the bottleneck of environmental protection technology, provide the industry with an integrated solution of "technology + engineering" that can be promoted, and further consolidate AMS dominant position in the field of zero discharge of industrial wastewater.
