Using a "main venue + live stream" format, the meeting brought together all employees from its affiliated companies (both in and outside Shandong Province) and ongoing project teams. Shang Rui, Secretary of the Companys Party Branch and Chairman of the Board, delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing the critical importance of workplace safety. He urged all staff to firmly embrace the concept of safe development, take the "Work Safety Month" as a catalyst to refine safety responsibilities to specific roles and ensure accountability to individuals, and build a solid safety defense line at the ideological level—laying a strong foundation for subsequent activities.

Aligned with real production scenarios, the drills simulated emergencies such as fires and equipment malfunctions, covering key steps including fire reporting, personnel evacuation, emergency rescue, and medical aid. During the drills, all units followed emergency protocols in an orderly manner; employees responded swiftly, had clear job assignments, and collaborated seamlessly. These drills not only validated the scientific rigor and practicality of the emergency plan but also enhanced employees’ability to respond to emergencies, work as a team, and handle incidents rationally—ensuring emergency response capabilities remain "ready at all times".

Innovative Formats to Ignite Employee Engagement

To boost employees’enthusiasm and initiative in workplace safety, and strengthen their ability to identify and address hazards, all affiliated companies launched a series of activities under the theme "Everyone Spots Safety Hazards, Everyone Discusses Safety Prevention". On one hand, the company invited employees to share "golden ideas" for workplace safety, encouraging suggestions on optimizing work processes, upgrading equipment maintenance, and innovating safety management. This effort turns frontline employees’hands-on experience into tangible safety measures, driving continuous improvement in safety management at the production level. On the other hand, it introduced an engaging "hazard-hunting in animated images" activity, integrating safety knowledge into vivid visuals. Through fun interactions, employees learned hazard identification skills, strengthened their self-protection awareness, and internalized safety knowledge effectively—markedly improving their ability to independently identify and eliminate potential risks.
