To strengthen the implementation of the Regulations on Letters and Visits Work and enhance the law-based governance level of the company’s letters and visits work, AMS specially invited Lawyer Zhou from Deheng Law Firm to conduct a special training session themed "Learn the Regulations, Strengthen the Rule of Law, and Promote Harmony" on May 29. The training aimed to raise the awareness of cadres and employees on conducting letters and visits in accordance with the law and ensure the spirit of the Regulations takes root in practice.

During the training, Lawyer Zhou focused on the core essence of the Regulations on Letters and Visits Work and gave a detailed interpretation of each article. Combining practical cases of enterprises, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the procedures and provisions of letters and visits work, helping participating leading cadres at all levels and employees accurately grasp the spiritual essence and main contents of the Regulations. Through his simple and straightforward explanations, the obscure articles became easy to understand.

The participants responded warmly and unanimously stated that this training had given them a more systematic understanding of letters and visits work, further clarified their responsibilities and missions in performing their duties in accordance with the law, and laid a solid legal foundation for carrying out relevant work in the future.
