To further strengthen Party building-led grassroots governance, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages between enterprises and communities, and better empower enterprise development, recently, the Party Branch of Lvdi Hui Community and the Party Branch of Jinan Shenkang Hospital jointly carried out a themed activity titled "Joint Community-Enterprise Construction Empowers Enterprises, Mental Health Benefits Enterprises and Warms Hearts" with the Party Branch of Shuifa Luhai (affiliated to Shuifa Hi-Tech company), the Party Branch of AMS , and the Party Branch of Shandong Xinchu. In line with Shuifa Hi-Tech’s "Summer Safety" initiative and employees care needs, the Party Branch of Lvdi Hui Community specially invited Liu Junling, a national first-class psychological counselor from Jinan Shenkang Hospital, to deliver a warm and practical mental health knowledge lecture for enterprise employees.

During the activity, psychological experts from Jinan Shenkang Hospital gave lectures on hot topics such as "coping with workplace pressure", "emotional management skills", and "the art of parent-child communication". Addressing the common concern of "difficulty balancing work and family" among enterprise employees, the experts put forward solutions such as "listening-based communication" and "non-violent expression" combined with psychological theories, helping participants improve their self-adjustment abilities and enhance family relationships. In the on-site interaction session, Party members and the public actively participated in small psychological tests and stress-relief games, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere.

This activity is a vivid practice of communities empowering enterprise development. It has further strengthened the connection between enterprises and communities, and enhanced employees’sense of gain, happiness, and security. In the next step, both parties will continue to deepen the community-enterprise co-construction mechanism, and through resource sharing and complementary advantages, jointly explore a new path for integrating grassroots Party building with community governance and enterprise development.
